    400 to 500 gram chicken

    1 to 1 1/2 tsp besan or chickpea flour

    1 cup regular thick curd

    1/2 green bell pepper

    1/2 red bell pepper

    1 large onion chopped in big slice

    3/4 to 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder

    1/8 tsp pepper powder

    1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

    1/8 tsp turmeric

    1/2 tbsp kasuri methi

    1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice

    1/4 tsp masala biryani powder

    1/2 tsp coriander powder

    1 tbsp oil

    Salt as per taste

    Assemble All Ingredients

    Take a plate and add 1 cup thick curd, 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 or 1-1/2 ginger garlic paste, 3/4 to 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder, 1/8 tsp pepper powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1/4 tsp biryani powder, and mix everything properly.

    Add Oil

    Now add 1 tbsp oil for the marination. Oil helps to tenderize the chicken when used along with yogurt or lemon juice.

    Add Chicken

    Before adding chicken you must have to wash it properly and add it to the marination and mix it properly.

    Mix It

    Mix everything well and set it aside for an hour or for overnight.

    Prepare Veggies

    Now take 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 large onion chopped in big slice. Now soak the skewers for 30 minutes in water to prevent burning.

    Preheat the oven to 240 celsius Set aside the chicken removing excess marinade. To the excess marinade add the cubed veggies. Toss them to coat marinade well.
