    Complete Your Meal With Boondi Raita Recipe

    Boondi raita we can say that it is very useful and favorite recipe in Indian cuisine during summers. It is cool and tasty too.

    You can prepare it at your home and complete your meal with it. Instead of buttermilk you can use this to just change the taste of your meal.

    You can prepare it in different ways and in different taste. It can be sweet, spicy as you like and enjoy with your family and friends.


    1/2 cup plain salted boondi

    1 cup yogurt

    1/4 to 1/2 tsp chat masala

    1/2 tsp saunf powder

    1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder

    1/4 tsp red chili powder

    1/4 tsp black pepper powder

    2 to 3 tsp chopped coriander leaves

    few mint leaves and coriander leaves

    black salt or rock salt as per taste

    Prepare Warm Water

    First warm water in a pan on stove or in the microwave. Take the warm water in a bowl.

    Add Boondi In Water

    Add boondi in a warm water for few minutes, cover it and keep it aside.

    Whisk Curd

    Take a bowl and whisk the curd properly till it become smooth.

    Drain It

    Drain the water from boondis and soak it. You can also use masala boondi in raita. For that you do not need to soak the boondis. You can directly add it to the curd.

    Add Boondi In Curd

    After soaking the boondis you can add it in the curd and mix it properly. You can directly add masala boondi in it.

    Add Spices

    Add all the spice powders and salt. Add salt as per your taste and mix well.

    Garnish It

    Now sprinkle some coriander leaves in it and garnish it.

    Serve It

    Now your boondi raita is ready so serve it with your complete meal and enjoy your meal with family and friends.
