    Cool Down Your Temperature With Kesar Pista Falooda Recipe

    As the temperature is increases in summer we all need to reduce the temperature of the mind. So to do that you can try this Falooda recipe. It will work sure and help to control your mind temperature. So check out the recipe and enjoy.


    1 cup or 250 ml milk

    Sugar as per taste

    1 tbsp pistachios

    25 to 30 strands of saffron

    2 tbsp sabja seeds

    3 tbsp semi cooked falooda sev

    4 to 6 scoops of vanilla ice-cream or flavored ice-cream

    1 tbsp pistachios

    5 to 6 cashews or almonds for garnishing

    2 to 3 glazed cherries

    Soak Sabja Seeds

    First soak 2 tsp sabja seeds in a 3/4 cup of water for 20 to 30 minutes. After that strain it and keep it aside.

    Prepare Falooda Sev

    To cook falooda sev first take a another pan or pot and boil the water. After that add the falooda sev in it and boil for few minutes. So it become soft and tender. Strain it and keep it aside.

    Crush Pistachios

    Take 1 tbsp pistachios and crush it properly in very small pieces.

    Prepare Milk

    Take a pan and add 1 cup milk in it and add 3 to 4 tbsp sugar in it. Or add sugar as per your taste.

    Add Pistachios

    Now add crushed pistachios in it and stir it.

    Add Saffron

    Now add few strends of saffron in it and stir it properly. You can also add cardamom powder in it.

    Heat Milk

    Now heat the milk on a low flame. Stir it continuously so the sugar will be dissolve. Keep the kesar pista flavored milk aside and cool it down.

    Add Sabja Seeds In Glass

    Once the milk has cool take a glass and ad few sabja seeds in it.

    Add Falooda Sev

    Now add falooda sev in the glass.

    Add Ice-Cubes

    Now add 2 to 3 cubes of ice.

    Pour Milk

    Now pour the kesar milk in the glass. After that again add few sabja seeds and falooda sev in it and pour the milk again.

    Add Ice-Cream Scoop

    Now add vanilla ice-cream scoop over it. You can also use flavored ice-cream scoop. As you like.

    Serve It

    Now your falooda is ready so garnish it with chopped cashews or almonds and cherries and then serve it immediately and keep remaining falooda in a refrigerator. Serve it when required.
