    Enjoy Your Hot Day With These Yummy Mango Cake Recipe

    In this hot summer if oyu get your favorite meal then how it feels ? If someone give you mango cake then what you do ? Naturally who wait to share it.

    So today we are going to prepare a mango cake which is yummy and cool in these hot days. So check out the recipe and enjoy.

    INGREDIENTS:

    1.5 cups whole wheat flour

    1 tsp baking powder

    1/2 tsp baking soda

    100 grams unsalted butter

    1/2 cup salted butter

    2 large Alphonso mangoes

    3 to 4 tbsp sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp cardamom powder

    1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

    Take Flour

    Take a bowl and add 1.5 cups whole wheat flour or atta in a bowl and add 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda in it and mix it properly.

    Grease Pan

    Take a pan and grease it with oil and butter and keep it aside. You can use a rectangular or round shape pan to make a cake as you like.

    Chop Mangoes

    Take blender or grinder and add 2 cup chopped large mangoes and add 3 to 4 tbsp sugar. You can add sugar as per your taste.

    Blend It

    Now blend the mangoes and prepare puree. After grinding if there is some lumps then grind it again. You can also add little amount of milk or water in it. Water is optional.

    Melt Butter

    Take a pan and add 100 grams unsalted butter or 1/2 cup salted chopped butter and melt it. You can add both the butter. Keep stirring so it melt fast.

    Add Condensed Milk

    After stirring it well. Keep it down from the stove and add 3/4 cup condensed milk in it. After that keep stirring with whisk and make it smoother.

    Add Mango Puree

    Now add mango puree in it and 1 tsp vanilla extract. You can also add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, or 1/2 tsp mango extract instead of vanilla extract. Now mix everything properly.

    Add Flour

    Now add flour in it and mix the spatula smoothly with spatula and create a dough.

    Prepare Dough

    Make your dough slight thick. Do not prepare dough like the chapati. The thickness of the flour depends on the mixture. If you think dough is too thick then add little amount of milk to make it smooth.

    Add In A Pan

    Now add the mango dough in a grease pan and spread it with spatula. You can also sprinkele some nuts if you want.

    Bake It

    Now bake it the cake at 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit for 40 to 50 minutes. After 25 minutes you can see that some part will be browned. So cover it with butter paper and then again bake it.

    Serve It

    After the baking it cut into medium size pieces and serve to your family and friends and enjoy the mango cake.
