Holi Special!! Celebrate This Colorful Festival with Flavorsome Thandai

[Not a valid template]Thandai is a very popular drink in North India made during Holi. It is a special drink made for Holi. The drink is exotic with saffron flavour and the spices just elevate the flavour of this drink. So lets celebrate this Holi with this flavorsome Thandai:

Milk - 1/2 liter
Sugar - 3 tblspn
Pistachios few tsp chopped finely for garnishing
Saffron a pinch for garnishing
Water - 1/2 cup
Rose Essence few drops
For Masala:
Badam / Almonds - 20
Cashewnuts - 15
Poppy Seeds / Khus Khus - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Pods - 5
Saffron a pinch
Milk - 2 tblspn for soaking saffron
