Take sweet potato into the pressure cooker and add enough water so it is submerged into the water. Cover it, put the weight on and turn the heat on medium. Let it cook till sweet potato is cooked and soft or for 5-6 whistles. This time and number of whistles depends on the type and size of the sweet potato.1234

Maha Shivaratri is a Hindu festival celebrated annually in reverence of the God Shiva. It is the day Shiva was married to the Goddess Parvati. The Maha Shivaratri festival, also popularly known as 'Shivaratri' or 'Great Night of Shiva', marks the convergence of Shiva and Shakti.
