    Make Your Party Delicious With Raspberry Jam Cupcakes

    Cupcakes are beautiful and delicious, but if you make it at your home then it is healthier too. You can prepare these cupcakes for your party or your kids party as you like. So check out the recipe and enjoy.

    INGREDIENTS For the Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Raspberry Jam

    125g Self-Raising Flour

    125g Caster Sugar

    1/4 teaspoon Salt

    1/4 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda

    135g Unsalted Butter, softened

    50g Smooth Peanut Butter, at room temperature

    2 large Eggs, at room temperature

    2-3 tablespoons Milk

    Seedless Raspberry Jam, as needed

    For the Peanut Butter Buttercream

    150g Unsalted Butter, softened

    60g Peanut Butter, at room temperature

    270g Icing Sugar, sifted

    2 tablespoons Milk

    For the Peanut Butter Crumb:

    25g Icing Sugar

    25g Peanut Butter, at room temperature

    Assemble Ingredients

    Assemble all the ingredients to prepare cupcakes.

    Add Flour

    Take a mixing bowl and sieve in 125 gram flour.

    Add Caster Sugar

    Now add 125 gram caster sugar.

    Add Salt

    Now add ¼ tsp salt. You can add salt as per your taste but not more because we are making cupcakes. Consistency of salt depends on flour.

    Add Bicarbonate Soda

    Now add ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda.

    Add Butter

    Now add 135 gram unsalted butter. Instead of using salted butter don’t add salt so much.

    Add Peanut Butter

    Now add 50 gram peanut butter, which is at room temperature. You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter as you like.

    Add Eggs

    Finally crack in 2 large eggs and mix it properly.

    Add Milk

    Now add 2 to 3 tbsp milk and batter is ready.

    Mix It

    Mix all the ingredients properly and keep it aside. you can add ingredients if required.

    Fill Cupcakes

    Now take a ice-cream scoop and fill the cup cakes. Take a 12 hole cupcakes tin and put it in the paper cases.

    Bake It

    Now bake it for for 20 minutes at 170C. After baking it the color will change to golden brown and slowly pick it out.

    Move It

    Before removing to wire rack make it cool completely for 5 minutes. While it become cool prepare the buttercream.

    Prepare Buttercream

    Now take a blender and add 150 gram unsalted butter in it. Remember the butter will be at room temperature.

    Add Peanut Butter

    Now add 60 gram peanut butter. Peanut butter is also at a room temperature before using it.

    Mix It

    Mix all the ingredients with mixer for 4 minutes until it becomes smooth and fluffy.

    Add Icing Sugar

    Now add 270 gram icing sugar in it and mix it for another 4 minutes properly.

    Add Milk

    Now add 2 tbsp milk in it and mix it properly. So the peanut buttercream is ready and keep it aside for few minutes.

    Prepare Peanut Butter Crumb

    To decorate the cupcakes we need to prepare peanut butter crumb, to sprinkle over it. To prepare crumb.

    Add Icing Sugar

    Take a bowl, add 25 gram icing sugar, 25 gram peanut butter and rub it properly with fingers and set it aside.

    Make A Hole

    Once all the cupcakes are cool, take a knife or spoon or melon baller and make on the cupcakes at the center.

    Add Raspberry Jam

    After making hole, now add ½ jar seedless raspberry jam into a piping bag and place the jam into each cupcake hole.

    Fill With Buttercream

    Once the jam is in, now prepare another piping bag of buttercream and fitted with a swirl nozzle on all the cupcakes.

    Garnish It

    After the design now garnish all the cupcakes with the raspberry jam.

    Serve It

    Now sprinkle some peanut butter crumb over it. So now your dish is ready so serve to your friends and family and enjoy.
