    Make Your Party Healthy With These Pan Pizza Recipe

    As we all know that pizza are now the most favorite junk food for children as well as adults. So why we cannot make it at our home. So it will tasty and healthy too. So here is the recipe check it out and prepare it for your loved ones.

    INGREDIENTS:

    For The No-Cook Tomato Sauce:

    130 grams Tinned Tomatoes

    Pinch of Salt

    Pinch of Crushed Red Chili

    Few drops Balsamic Vinegar

    Pinch of Sugar

    1 small Garlic Clove, peeled and finely chopped

    For The Pizza Dough:

    1 and 3/4 cup (14 ounces / 396 grams)

    Plain Flour

    1 teaspoon Baking Powder

    1/2 teaspoon Salt

    1/2 teaspoon Dried Basil

    1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano

    1/2 cup (125ml) Water plus more, if needed

    1/2 cup (80ml) Vegetable Oil

    Vegetable Oil, for brushing

    Prepare Pizza Sauce

    To prepare a pan pizza first you have to prepare a tomato sauce. So take a bowl and add 130 grams tinned tomatoes in it.

    Add Spices

    Now add pinch of salt and crushed red chili. You can also use red chili powder to prepare tomato sauce for pizza.

    Add Ingredients

    Now add balsamic vinegar, or red wine vinegar, pinch of sugar and 1 small garlic cloves in the peeled tomatoes and stir everything well.

    Blend It

    Now blend the tomato puree with blender until it will smooth. You can add spices if required.

    Prepare Pizza Dough

    To prepare pizza now we are going to prepare flat pizza bread. To make it take a bowl and add ¾ cups plain flour in it.

    Add Baking Powder

    Now add 1 tsp baking powder.

    Add Salt

    Add ½ tsp salt. The requirement of salt is depends on the consistency of flour.

    Add Dried Basil

    Now add ½ tsp dried basil in it.

    Add Oregano

    Add ½ tsp dried oregano. You can add oregano if required and mix everything.

    Add Water

    Now add 125 ml water in it to prepare dough.

    Add Oil

    To make a smooth dough, you can add 1/3 cup vegetable oil in the flour and knead it smoothly and prepare dough.

    Prepare Dough

    You can add water in the flour as per requirement and remember the dough should be smooth, so bread can be prepare.

    Roll The Dough

    Divide the dough and prepare roll the dough out to fit the size of your pan.

    Pre-heat Oven

    Pre-heat the oven to 200C or you can also use gas at large flame to bake it. Give the pan a good brush to get an even coating of the oil and place it on a medium flame.

    Place Pizza Base

    Place the pizza base and cook it for another 3 minutes properly. Drizzle on a little more Vegetable Oil brush it all over the base.

    Flip It

    When the bubbles came up flip it to another side.

    Spread Tomato Sauce

    Now spread the tomato sauce over the base properly.

    Add Chicken

    Now add some chicken breast over the base. You can also use onion tomatoes or other veggies for cooking or garnishing. If you are vegetarian then you can use veggies instead of chicken.

    Add Cheese

    Now add grated cheese over the base properly.

    Bake It

    Now bake it for 15 minutes and after that take it out.

    Now your pizza is ready so serve it and enjoy it.
