    Ingredients

    Besan / Chickpea flour / Kadalamavu - 1 cup

    Ghee - 1 cup

    Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup

    Sugar - 1 cup

    Water- 1/2 cup

    Grease a plate with ghee and keep aside.Sift the besan flour through a fine strainer to expel any lumps.Keep aside.
