    Make Your Meal More Crispy With These Corn Pakora Recipe

    We all love pakora and in nay season we want it. In India pakora are most favorite thing of Indians. Everyone will enjoy it and there are varieties of pakora are available in India.

    We already give the recipe of aloo pakora, onion pakora, paneer pakora and many more, but today we are going to make corn pakora which crispy and tasty too.

    INGREDIENTS:

    Sweet Corn – 1

    Besan/Gram flour – 1 cup

    Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp

    Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

    Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp

    Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

    Baking Soda – 1 pinch

    Asafoetida – 1 pinch

    Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

    Chopped Onion – 2 Tbsp

    Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 Tbsp

    Water – 2/3 cup

    Oil – for frying

    Salt

    Take Sweet Corn

    Take the 1 or 2 sweet corns or as per your requirement.

    Remove Kernels

    Now remove kernels from the corn properly.

    Prepare Mixture

    In a bowl take the 1 cup gram flour and and add all 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp Garam masala, 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala pinch of Turmeric powder and mix well.

    Add Spices

    Now add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp Chopped Onion, chopped, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, and a pinch of baking soda and salt. Add salt as per your taste

    Add Water

    Add water and mix well to a thick and smooth mixture. Remember batter should not be to thick or too thin. If it is thick then add water and if it is thin add gram flour.

    Fry It

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pakoras until its golden brown in color. Flip it and fry it for few minutes. After frying it remove it to the kitchen towel paper to remove excess amount of oil.

    Serve It

    .

    Now you meal is ready so serve it to your friends, family or kids with tomato ketchup or chutney or pickle as you like and enjoy the meal.
