    Mint Ice-Cream Recipe

    You can make egg-less mint ice-cream at your home easily. To make this you don't need ice-cream maker. So in this summer enjoy the ice-cream. Check out the recipe and try it.


    2 cups fresh mint leaves

    1 cup full fat milk

    2 cups of heavy cream which contains 30% fat

    3/4 cup organic sugar

    2 tbsp chopped chocolate

    Add Milk

    Take pan and boil 1 cup milk and then transferred it into another bowl.

    Add Mint Leaves

    Now add 2 cup chopped mint leaves in the milk.

    Add Sugar

    Now add ¾ cup turbinado sugar and dissolve it. Put the bowl in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours or for overnight. Here we are using turbinado sugar so the color of ice-cream will not be pure white. You can also use white sugar.

    Filter Milk

    Now in the next day first filter the milk to a large bowl and press down the leaves with a spoon. Now the milk gets thicker.

    Add Cream

    Now add 2 cups of chilled cream in it. Remember use the cream which have at least 30% fats then only it works good.

    Whip The Cream

    If you don’t have ice-cream maker then whip the cream until it thickens. If you have a ice-cream maker then freeze your bowl for 18 to 24 hours and churn it for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Chop Chocolate

    In this time you can prepare your chocolate for the flavor. First chop the chocolate take a bowl and add milk and chocolate in it. You can choose your favorite chocolate for this recipe.

    Melt Chocolate

    Put it in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and stir it until chocolate gets melt.

    Pour Chocolate

    Now first transfer the ice-cream to a freezer safe bowl and drizzle the chocolate in it. Pour the chocolate in it and freeze it.

    Serve It

    Now your ice-cream is ready so serve it and enjoy with your friends and family members.
