    Mushroom Pakora Recipe

    Just like other pakora recipe. This is also easy and efficient to prepare at your home. You can give this to your kids for the lunch or prepare for the small get to gather with family or for the kitty parties as you like.


    Mushroom 6-7

    Corn flour 1/4 cup

    Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon

    Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon

    Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

    Salt to taste

    Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon

    Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

    All purpose flour 2 tbsp

    Vegetable oil for deep frying

    Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp

    Lemon juice 2 teaspoon

    Wash Mushrooms

    First wash the mushrooms properly and keep it aside.

    Cut It

    Cut the mushrooms in small or medium pieces and keep it aside.

    Add Spices

    Take another bowl and add corn flour, all purpose flour, ginger, garlic powder or garlic, pepper powder, red chili powder, food color, cumin powder, chat masala and a salt. Add salt as per your taste.

    Add Water

    Now add 1/4 cup water and prepare lumps free batter. Remember batter should not be too thick or too thin.

    Add Lemon Juice

    Now squeeze fresh lemon juice in it and add few chopped coriander leaves.

    Add Mushrooms

    Now add 3 to 4 pieces of mushrooms in the batter and coat it properly with the help of spoon or hands as you like.

    Fry It

    Now fry the mushrooms properly until it will change its color to light or golden brown. But remember it should not be burnt.

    Serve It

    Now your mushroom pakora is ready. so serve it with tomato ketchup, chutney or pickle as you like and enjoy with your friends.
