    Summer Special: Must Try Delicious Rabri Recipe

    As the summer begins we need some drink that make us chill and cool down. Today we are going to prepare rabri which is healthy, tasty and most favorite in summer.

    You can make it at your home and enjoy your summer with this rabri recipe. So check out the recipe and serve it to your family.

    INGREDIENTS:

    4 cups full fat of milk

    3 tbsp sugar

    1/4 tsp elachi powder and cardamom powder

    6 to 8 strands of saffron or kesar

    2 to 3 tbsp chopped almonds and pistachios

    Prepare Ingredients

    To prepare rabri take a wide pot and start the process of condensing the milk. Wide pot are used, so the fats from the milk getting scorched at the bottom. Heat the milk.

    Soak Saffron

    When turned the milk hot. Soaked the saffron in the milk. You can also add it directly to the pot and boil it properly.

    Stir The Milk

    When you boil the milk you can see a layer of cream being formed gently stick to the sides of the pots. Stir the milk continuously so the milk will not stick to the pot.

    Soak Dry-Fruits

    While milk gets the simmered bring 1 to 2 cups of water to a boil. Switch off the stove and add nuts and remove the peel of the skin after 10 minutes.

    Stir It

    After simmering it for 30 minutes the 4 cup milk will reduced to 2 cups It all depends on timing and the utensil.

    Add Other Ingredients

    Now add 3 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and 6 to 8 strands of saffron. Take a wooden spoon and take all the cream from the sides of the pan and mix it properly and pour hot milk over the cream and mix it.

    Continue to simmer until the milk reduces to 1/3 of the original quantity or until it thickens a bit more. The color of the milk changes a nice aroma begins to waft.

    Serve It

    Now garnish it with nuts and serve it immediately or place it in a refrigerator and serve after few hours. Chilled rabri taste yummy.
