Corn and Mushroom Tostada

1 sheet of corn tortilla
50 gm mixed button & Shiitake mushrooms
5 gm of thyme
5 ml of olive oil
20 gm of corn
10 gm of green chili
10 gm of coriander
10 gm of onion
5 gm of garlic
20 gm of avocado
1 portion of cheese dip
Sour cream and salsa for garnishing
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil.
Add onion, thyme, green chili, coriander and mix together. Add salt to taste.
Roll and fry a tortilla sheet into a bowl like shape.
Put the above filling in this cup. Garnish with tomato salsa, avocado slices and sour cream.
Serve with a side of cheese dip.
