Yummy and Spicy Tomato Salsa Recipe
Finely Chopped All Veggies.
The tangy juicy tomatoes, the spicy chilies, the sourness of the lemon juice, the mild sweetness & pungency of onions and the refreshing aroma of coriander leaves all come in one bowl. You can serve it as an appetizer or condiment along with the main course. or else you can serve it as a dip with some crackers or nachos.
(measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)
2 medium tomatoes or ⅔ cup chopped tomatoes
1 medium onion or ⅓ cup chopped onions
2 green chilies, chopped
¼ teaspoon cumin powder/jeera powder
¼ teaspoon red chili powder or cayenne pepper or black pepper
salt as per taste
2 teaspoon lemon juice or add as per taste
1 to 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves/dhania patta
